Calculator information
GPA values, course names, course units, grades, target grades, and text pasted into the schedule importer are processed in your browser to produce calculator results. GPA Clarity does not require an account, and the website does not intentionally send those calculator entries to GPA Clarity for storage.
Avoid pasting names, student identification numbers, addresses, or other sensitive personal information. The importer only needs course labels, units, and grades.
Browser storage
The website may store a small preference in your browser so it can remember whether you selected the light or dark appearance. Browser storage stays on your device unless your browser or an installed service synchronizes it. You can remove it by clearing site data for GPAClarity.com.
Hosting and technical data
Like most websites, GPA Clarity's hosting and security providers may process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include an IP address, request time, requested page, browser information, and security signals. This information is used for operation, reliability, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
Advertising and analytics
GPA Clarity uses Google AdSense to support the website. Google and its partners may process device, browser, request, and advertising information to deliver, measure, protect, and—where permitted—personalize ads. Where required, visitors receive privacy choices through a certified consent message before advertising cookies or similar technologies are used.
GPA Clarity will not use GPA values, grades, course names, school information, or pasted schedule text to personalize advertisements.
Children's privacy
GPA Clarity is a general educational planning tool and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through accounts or contact forms. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please use the contact page.
Sharing and retention
GPA Clarity does not sell calculator entries. Information may be processed by service providers only as necessary to host, secure, and operate the site, or disclosed when required by law. Calculator entries are not intentionally retained by GPA Clarity because they are processed in the browser.
